To select the perfect size, you must calculate the British Thermal Unit (BTU) requirements for your space. This depends on room dimensions, window types, and wall insulation. We recommend using our online BTU calculator for an accurate estimate.
What is the standard shipping timeframe for large radiator units?
Most in-stock radiators are dispatched within 2 business days. Due to their weight and size, delivery typically takes 3-7 business days via our specialized heavy-goods courier to ensure your item arrives without damage.
Do your radiators come with valves and wall brackets included?
All our radiators include standard wall mounting brackets and a bleed valve. However, decorative radiator valves and pipe sleeves are sold separately, allowing you to customize the finish to match your interior decor.
What is your return policy if I change my mind?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unused radiators in their original packaging. Please note that because these are heavy items, a restocking fee may apply, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Are your products compatible with smart home heating systems?
Yes, our radiators are compatible with all standard central heating systems. By installing Smart Thermostatic Radiator Valves (TRVs), you can easily integrate them into systems like Nest, Hive, or Tado.
